Post-Consultation Review
Fee $100
Following your initial consultation, this meeting provides a detailed review of your financial records, bookkeeping needs, and organizational goals. We will discuss our findings, identify opportunities for improvement, and answer any remaining questions. Additionally, we will recommend bookkeeping solutions tailored to your organization, outlining various bookkeeping services available.
During this review, we will also cover service options, engagement terms, and pricing, helping you understand the payment options available to determine the best path forward for your bookkeeping needs. You will also have the option to pay online for added convenience.
Please note: The $100 Post-Consultation Review fee is a standalone service fee and is non-refundable. However, if you choose to engage Liles Bookkeeping LLC and enter into a bookkeeping services agreement, the $100 fee will be applied as a credit toward your first invoice in accordance with the terms of your contract.
Start Up
As a stand alone service: $350 for up to 3 hours | $75/hr after the first 3 hours
Establishing your new business should be an exciting beginning, not a stressful one. Our Startup Services are designed to support you every step of the way, offering comprehensive assistance with bookkeeping system setup, QuickBooks (or your preferred system) configuration, payroll setup, and financial organization. We understand how important a solid financial foundation is for your success, which is why these services are included in your one-year or longer contract, giving you peace of mind as you grow.
Audit Preparation
Fee $300
Our Audit Preparation service is designed to assist organizations in organizing and preparing their financial records for an external audit or financial review. We thoroughly review bookkeeping records, reconcile accounts, organize supporting documentation, and identify any discrepancies that should be addressed before submission to an independent auditor or review professional.
This service includes up to three (3) hours of audit preparation assistance. If additional time is required, services exceeding the allotted three hours will be billed at $75 per hour and invoiced separately. We offer various payment options, allowing you to pay online for added convenience.
